A spacious house with ample rooms and cozy areas, it enjoys tranquility and silence. From this central accommodation, the entire group will have easy access to important city destinations within 10 minutes: the gastronomic corridor, cultural pavilion, financial district, technology center, hospital groups. There is good public transportation connectivity (buses) to all parts of the city, and bike rental stations (mibici) are located near the house. Great location.

Very peaceful area, very close to the Governor's residence, constant police surveillance, a neighborhood full of offices and older people, not very noisy, with little traffic in the evenings and nights.

A spacious two-story house featuring 4 independent rooms, each with a private bathroom and equipped with smart locks for a seamless check-in process. The common areas include a living room, dining area, a reading lounge that doubles as a gym, and a shared kitchen. There are also 3 half bathrooms on the ground floor for your convenience. The house is equipped with a video surveillance system in the common areas and at the entrance. Each room comes with amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, a luggage rack, and a space to hang clothes with hooks. Additionally, there's a desk and chair for work, a table lamp, and the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your comfort.
You have access to all areas with the exception of the service warehouse.

I'm usually available in the mornings to attend to guests, communication is always open and friendly.
